Blooming Star
Blooming Star is one of Stephanie Soebbing’s favorite kinds of quilts, one that looks like it is a lot harder to sew than it really is. With strip-pieced diamonds and no Y-seams, the top goes together fairly quickly and without a lot of fuss. A Clearview Triangle Ruler, or a 60-degree ruler with all three points and no blunt tips, is required to create Blooming Star.
