Dorothy Wristlet Class
Convenient and sized perfectly for cards, keys, and a phone, the Dorothy wristlet is a beginner-friendly, stylish accessory for everyday use. Depending on the fabrics, this wristlet could be made for casual or formal occasions. The name and design was inspired by the multi-talented, Dorothy Dandridge, and also Dorothy from Wizard of Oz, who both could have used this bag during their adventures. Skill Level: Beginner with previous sewing experience. Pattern from Sallie Tomato. Stop in to view the sample at the shop.

Class will be held on Wednesday, March 12th from 1-4:30pm. $20 Class fee + material costs (estimate $60-70 - which includes extra materials for another project).
Materials needed:
- Sewing machine and basic supplies (rotary cutter, scissors, etc.)
- Coordinating Thread
- You will need 2 coordinating fat quarters plus a contrast fabric (which could be cork, faux leather or another cotton fabric)
- 7" Zipper (a Handbag zipper is best, but smaller zippers are okay)
If you don’t have these items on hand, we have all of them available at the shop! For zippers, we carry Sally Tomato 3 yd. rolls and ByAnnie’s 4 yd rolls in assorted colors. It’s a great way to make a few bags. Please stop in before class to pick out your fabrics and zippers if needed!
Class participants will enjoy a 10% discount on any additional purchases (outside of class materials) for that day only!
