Do you want to learn how to sew? Want to learn the basics of quilting including what tools to use, and the difference in threads and fabrics? We have a beginner Summer Kids Camp class for kids. This camp is for kids ages 12 and up that have a working sewing machine. 

You will learn how to select fabric and pick our your fabric for the 2 projects you work on during the camp (a pillow case and 54'x73" quilt). Learn how to cut, layout, piece and iron in order to sew rows together with matching seams.

Bring your own working sewing machine and any supplies you already have (rotary cutter, cutting ruler, scissors, pins and thread). Cutting mats and irons will be provided.

Class will take place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2pm to 5pm for a total of 6 sessions. June 13th & 14th, June 20th & 21st and June 27th & 28th. Sign up today! Class size is limited to 6 participants. Class fee is $249 includes all materials.
